Soft exercises

I think one of the best types of exercises you can do for all arthritis sufferers would be hydrotherapy. When my psoriatic arthritis caused sacroiiliits (inflamed nerve) in the lower sacrum of the hip, the pain relief was assisting but not entirely. As painful and horrible as it was walking and trying to get in and out of it, after a few weeks it did ease. In the pool doesn’t have to be strenuous Olympics lol take it at your own pace, there is no weight it is easier to move around. I have tried a few exercise in a spa as well, I prefer the cold water but the heat does circulate the area a lot more, every bit if exercise helps the joints and helps you as well 😀 depends on how physically limited you are but you can try walking in the water, holding on to the side and pushing your legs in and out, swim In general at your own pace. You can increase the time the more you keep going back I could only handle 20 minutes before I had to leave because the pain was unbearable but  you need to do everything at your own pace.
